Who Gives the Stylish Meghan Markle Fashion Advice?

Meghan is definitely a fashionista, but that doesn’t mean she never takes advice from fashion professionals. Keep reading to learn who gives Meghan Markle fashion advice.

1. Jessica Mulroney

Meghan’s best friend Jessica Mulroney, a professional stylist, provides lots of style advice for the Duchess of Sussex. Some people think of the Canadian as Meghan’s unofficial stylist. Jessica even helped advise Meghan for her wedding and her kids were included in the wedding party.

2. Clare Waight Keller

None other than Clare Waight Keller designed Meghan’s wedding dress. As the artistic director of Givenchy, a world-famous French fashion house, Clare is definitely qualified to design for royalty. Meghan chose her to design the most important garment of her life for a few reasons. Two of which being her elegant designs and British roots. Additionally, Clare is Givenchy’s first female artistic director.

3. Talia Brown Thal

The Duchess of Sussex met and became friends with Talia Brown Thall, a stylist, on a shoot for Flare magazine in 2015. Meghan was shooting Suits at the time. The two women loved yoga and enjoyed indulging in that pastime together. Talia was the one who introduced the duchess to the luxury Canadian brand Sentaler, the designer of the Duchess of Sussex’s gorgeous wrap coats (such as the camel one she wore for the Christmas gathering of the royals while she and Harry were engaged).

4. Gabriela Hears

Meghan has shown how much this Uruguayan label inspires her on a number of occasions. Remember that elegant black dress she wore for her meeting with Jacinda Arden, the New Zealand Prime Minister? That was a Gabriela Hearst creation. She also loves their Nina bag. She apparently has it in at least two different shades.

5. Sarah Burton

Meghan showed her admiration of the Alexander McQueen label by wearing a suit of its design to the Endeavour Awards. Another fascinating fact: Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen designed Kate Middleton’s wedding dress and veil. The veil’s design is thought to have inspired aspects of Meghan’s cathedral veil.

6. Oscar de la Renta

Meghan has shown her love for the Oscar de la Renta label on many occasions. She wore a beautiful tulle gown from the sophisticated design house to the Australian Society Awards. She also wore an Oscar de la Renta midi dress to one of Harry’s cousin’s weddings in 2018.

7. Grace Wales Bonner

Grace Wales Bonner is a young and incredibly talented U.K. designer that Meghan Markle looks on favorably. In fact, she acts as a source of fashion inspiration for the Duchess of Sussex. Meghan wore a dress that she designed for baby Archie’s first photo appearance.

8. Misha Nono

This British designer is one of the Duchess of Sussex’s closest friends. Always innovative, Misha was the first fashion designer to ever choose Instagram as the venue for debuting a runway collection.
